Young Creatives School of Art
…is going VIRTUAL this Summer!
The perfect solution if your child needs to be creatively connected this summer. Each morning session is designed to give your child a happy and joyful start to their day.
We will meet on Zoom for a fully interactive art experience. Your child will gain fine art techniques and skills exploring a variety of kid-friendly themes. Live Classes will be streamed via ZOOM from my art studio to the comfort of your home. Classes can be viewed on a computer ,tablet or phone. Also included with each virtual class is an on demand replay of the entire class so students can simply watch the replay again and again tremendously helping to reinforcing learning!
Kids explore a variety of fun and exciting themes as well as learning and developing their skills. Through visual and verbal instruction, Karen will teach your child to produce beautiful, vibrant art pieces you and your child will cherish forever.

Monday – Thursday

Your child will develop an understanding of:
- Light and shadow
- Color mixing
- Blending techniques
- Perspective
- Drawing acurately
- How to make subjects appear realistic
- Developing your personal style and expression
Painting techniques your student will learn:
- Layering techniques
- How to adjust the pressure on a brush to make a variety of line qualities
- Mixing paint colors with visual guidance from Karen
Pricing is $130 per weekly session

A little about the Instructor…
Karen’s expertise lies in her ability to teach students of ANY level. Her skills as a Master Artist coupled with her patience and compassion are the driving force behind her successful art school. Karen is very kind, engaging and enthusiastic. She holds both a Bachelor of Art in Illustration, and a Master of Fine Art in Painting from The Academy of Art in San Francisco. In addition she is a licensed teacher in Arizona with a emphasis in Expertise in Art.
